Have the new line instead access the already built belle mouths for lower Second Ave Subway service, south of the 63rd St, tunnel. Have a walking transfer at Houston St, (Second Ave) and after Second Ave tie the tracks directly into the Delancey St tunnel.Sixth Ave capacity restraints avoided. |
