The problem is, Genting likely would want any new QB-Rockaway line to include stops in the Financial District. Since it would be impractical to switch the (E) and (R) as express/local and have the (E) go to Rockaway Park, reviving the (W) would be the next best option. Otherwise, I would have the (M) do it.Also, failed to note in the last post that the (G) would also return to operating to 71st-Continental with the (M), with both the (G) and (M) during rush hours extended to 179th Street while during rush hours, the (F) is express on its entire route. |
