I'm proposing the Lower Montauk because it goes through an area that doesn't have subway service already. This 'express' would have some stops east of Metropolitan ave, then non-stop to a new el following the Montauk cutoff, afterward diving down to the 63rd tunnel. I'm not so sure that routing is ok, but I can't think of another routing to manhattan. |
