I think they're still spooked by the collision on the Williamsburg Br and the derailment north of Union Sq. That said, they need to access whether the current setup is overkill. If they could speed it up, it would be appreciated.OTOH, doing so would remove some of the rationale for going CBTC on the rest of IRT. |
