The IND segment along the Grand Concourse in The Bronx is probably the most overbuilt in terms of station mezzanines and other passageway anxieties. With many of the mezzanines and passageways closed off due to high crime, and TA maintenance expense. The IND Concourse line is truly Grand in terms of its construction. |
