They can not platform 10 Car trains on the Eastern Division Els.When the "A' crawled into the sun from Grand Ave to Hudson Ave on Liberty Ave, All of the Liberty Ave Platforms from BMT Dual Contracts needed lengthening to platform 10 car "A" and "E" trains. |
