There are some supporting columns at Euclid as I recall.I believe some if not all of those columns are surrounded by tile. If that is the case, it would be in compliance with Fire Safety Regulations or Laws, if buildings are above the subways. That may account for the "Curves" in the tracks as they go from running under Pitkin Ave to under buildings. |
