Read the article linked in the post, and you'll see exactly what I mean. The TSA website suggests that if you refuse screening, they just won't let you fly. It makes no mention of traveler liability to arrest or civil fines, yet in the article are warnings that these things most certainly can happen to those who enter screening lines or areas, but then refuse to be screened and/or searched. |
