Dunno what to tell you, but someone was capping it. Last time I paid for a DS3 @ 144Mbps, I made sure I was getting that both ways. And we did. And that's the max ... we'd have had to buy another pipe to get more. Sounds like you guys were getting stiffed though if the limit wasn't in your plant. |
