When I first heard about this, it sounded like each line would be shut down once a year for four nights. But no, they are saying that each of the four lines will be shut down four times a year (once each quarter), for four consecutive nights each time. What kind of maintenance work requires this, and if it is really needed, how have they gotten by all these years without doing it? |
