I agree that the shuttle platforms should have been extended to 600 ft and I would even go so far as to say that Franklin should have been rebuilt into a 2 track Island platform. However due to the track configuration at PPK which make Franklin trains local, turning them at BBC and extending Bs to Stl is not a good idea since it would require double Xover moves N/O BBC. It would probably make more sense to let Fkln trains go through to Stillwell alternating with Qs if they were to be extended at all which is probably not needed at the present time. |
