But they don't need to do any of that. They are using the existing North Conduit station for the casino station with an climate controlled "skyway" to that station. If the "Rockaway" line is "out", they can just run service to Lefferts, and have buses replace the rockaway line, as they do now. I don't see that as some major issue or occurrence. |
