The 10-car test train is supposed to identify potential operational issues regarding the use of R-142A's (plus one) on the 7 line prior to delivery of the first pilot train at the end of 2011 or early in 2012. This set will be permanently assigned to Corona.So you believe this set will remain at Corona Yard for the forseeable future, and at some point receive an 11th car so it can run in passenger service? |
