I had a feeling you'd write back about the Piccadilly Line, but at least in that case the last stop is Heathrow and it is prominently displayed on the train signs and in announcements as a result. That will not be the case with Dulles. We're just going to wind up with a situation like you had in London before the Hammersmith & City Line came about where many lines on the map were purple, but for WMATA, it will be Orange instead. I agree a triple line is large (but again, you have one in London along the north side of the circle line) and maybe the lines can be made narrower to accommodate while retaining the DC map's original identity.
