(And the story gets even better, but I'll save that part for later!) ------------------------------------------------ Why do all you people have to know all that goes on with the MTA. It's does not concern you if its not your home station. So this would have been dumped just like last week on the J. RTO and station are going to fight this one between them self. Station is going to say one thing that the T/O was speeding and RTO is going to say what ever the T/O is going to say. The T/O had to say he was leaving the station at 15mph just like we are tought in School Car, and stick to it. The good thing that going to save the T/O is that it was the second car and did not hear anything happening thought the station. I will say one thing and then leave it at that, and that is the I know the T/O. He a very nice guy and he is very scard about what going on. At first two RTO's Supt did not want to take him out of serivce, but someaone higher up told them to. It must have been someone from station Dept, since Car Equpment agread with RTO and saying its not the T/O falt. Robert |
