To be honest, I still have not seen any EMU to date whose design looks better!! And as much as I am a fan of the M-8 and M-7/7A, nothing has surpassed the MTA Metropolitan and Cosmopolitan Series. And Budd, GE/Vickers, Tokyu and Morrison-Knudsen did a fine job in their design. As for reliability in operation, the MKs and Tokyu triplets suck massively (EPIC FAILS). Budd and GE/Vickers definitely won!! |
