Posted by Fred G on Fri Sep 2 20:46:03 2011 I resolved my issue of a citation of disorderly conduct by a SEPTA police sergeant successfully on Wednesday with a NOT GUILTY decision by the judge. Long story short, the sergeant spoke first and of course embellished his account of events that day.It wasn't 5 seconds after he finished that the Judge said "That's not disorderly conduct." The Prosecutor jumped up and said "but he raised his voice and was yelling." The Judge looked at me and said "You're not guility". "Thank you, your Honor". This case is closed.
