They might rely on self enforcement, like they are doing in places like Bryant Park or on the beachesBut for anti-smoking crusaders, that would'nt be near enough. Imagine what could happen when a hung over construction worker waiting for the 4:32am from Beacon with a lit cigarette hangin from his shaky lips being told to put out his smoke. He just might... ...right in the guys eye! |
