You very well might be right. I made my comment based on this line in the OP: "Governor Andrew Cuomo today appears to be picking up where Mayor Bloomberg left off when it comes to banning smoking forever, everywhere, all the time."I know it was banned in the subway portions forever, but I don't remember seeing no smoking signs on the el platforms like you have on the subway platforms. |
