Yes, I have, and I still didn't blindly follow my GPS. I slowed down so I could see what might have been in front of me. The below photo was taken on Chenango County 18. My brights are on. I stopped the car because I thought I saw oncoming headlights, but nothing passed me; I figured no one would believe it was THAT hard to see... |
