No.When they had all those R32's out of service due to b/o air conditioning. Notice there has been a train of R32's on 12 track FP Yard all winter. If they are such bad performers, put them on the scrap/reef line. If not, these cars should be restored. They even have their wheels chained with flags and trips on both ends! |
