But the bridge I saw was not OVER the Meadowbrook, it was an overpass off to the side of the highway.Take a look at Arrt's Archives. Go to the section about the Central RR lines, Page 5, WW II to Present, and scroll down to the last two photos. That is the bridge overpass that I saw today. I didn't see the concrete supports but I didn't get a very good look at it (as I was going about 55 mph at the time) and the bridge overpass is now in a wooded area. The supports may be there in poor condition or maybe they were carted away, who knows. The overpass was NOT over the highway. |
