What you actually wrote was that everyone has to drive the speed limit at all times. As in no one can ever drive faster or slower than the posted speed. You were asked for clarification because we thought maybe you mistyped and you you still insisted the same thing. Obviously you were very wrong and you were the only one that thought that you were right. I still can hardly believe that you said that. |
