[BTW: Have you checked yours lately.]A project *could* be designed that way, but it would likely not be. This one, it seems, has not been opened yet, and so likely was not so designed. Maybe the contractor is staging material in there. Maybe he is using it as a work space. It does not matter. It is closed. End of Story. Now do us all a favor, and get a life.
