That's why I believe that even if this was there, it has to be filled up, or it wasn't there to begin with. Again, this would be a typical IND station, and likely like the other local stations on the line like Liberty, etc. That means it's TWO levels, the mezzanine level, and the platform/track level. I find it hard to believe that they just sealed up a two level tunnel never to be inspected. |
