76th St area - Satellite (Re: Q About LTV Squad and 76th Street)

Using this image below, we see #1 (Euclid), #2 (Grant Ave), and #3 (Pitkin Yard). The yellow line is 76th St itself.

A) Is it possible for someone to take this image, and add where the cinder block and concrete walls are? Or, at least tell me (us) where they would be in this image?

B) #4 shows the area between 76th & 77th street, and Pitkin and Glenmore Avenues. There is a small road (alley?) shown as "S RD." on Google Maps. This appears to be the only block in the vicinity that has this "renegade" road running through a block. Does anyone find this interesting...and could this be some sort of unusual tell-tale sign that somethinig here is "different" than the surrounding area?
