They can run Ground Penetrating radar along the street to see if anything shows up - that would be the only non-invasive way to do it. As for the MTA - they refuse to respond to all requests on the issue. IIRC the station has come up in various news articles - MTA has never confirmed or denied the rumors.When a government agency neither "confirms nor denies" (ie. CIA involvement in Cambodia, Laos, Nicaragua, etc...) it almost always means the rumor is true! |
