As I have mentioned before in several posts what needs to happen is for another police officer preferable a very high ranking one like a captain or inspector who is also a railfan to have a similar encounter with an overzealous cop and give the errant officer an extremely vitriolic dressing down as to what the law is and proper police procedures. |
