Given the new Pennsylvanian governor will not be pro-transit, and not the least bit sympathetic with SEPTIC's management, he should be made aware of their ineptitude as well. The only thing they will wake up to is a whack to the operatring subsidies as a direct result of wasting operating money and time on these Keystone cop shenanigans. |
