I totally believe Fred, and all along I have. I was just saying why the idiot didn't give him a ticket for a law that doesnt exist (photography), and why he probably put that lie of profanity in the ticket he did give. From what it sounds like, the guy really had a chip on his shoulder, especially if he actually said "that will teach you how to treat an officer when he questions you". That shows an extreme arrogance on his part. |
