IIRC, it was a case in 1994 I believe where a woman was taking pictures of exposed piping or electrical conduit, to bolster a "claim" of shoddy workmanship and got ticketed for it .... the media got wind of it and the MTA ended up apologizing for the ticket, and then lifted the actual photo ban.--Mark |
