The ACLU has already won several cases where police classified the use of profanity as "disorderly conduct". What the ACLU is proving is that unless other behavior is involved then profanity alone does not rise to that level and the SEPTA police can be sued and will lose in court just like the other Pennsylvania police departments have been losing these cases |
