To think, all because of dim-wit, misinformed cops!!! :-P

Cops like those make all cops, the good ones who are well informed and live up to the C.P.R. (Courtesy, Professionalism, Respect) slogan of the NYPD, look really bad!!

And it makes you think if all the talk about quotas had something to do with, or some part or motivation, in this ridiculous incident???
