Yes, I do know more than you likely do about the problems of working mothers as I know more women than you likely did when you worked before retirement, I have seen how these problems get solved.....or not. I've seen co-workers fired because they couldn't work overtime or had to take a day off to care for a sick child.You're the hater. You support the policies that make it difficult and support those that would make it impossible for women to work to begin with. |

I would be willing to bet that over 27 years in supervision and management, I have had infinitely more contact with working mothers and working women than you have in your "career" in a mom/pop operation. And in all those years I managed to address their "special needs" as to scheduling and child care and emergencies and maintain my goals without running afoul of the union or senior management. I just cannot believe your arrogance that you actually believe that you are the most and best qualified based on nothing but gall. It seems to me that you need a very serious reality check. You are hardly the sharpest tool in this shed. |

You worked in a subway repair shop. I doubt you had more than 10 women in direct contact over your entire 30+ year career.I've had many different jobs, and have worked with many more women than you'll probably ever know. Then there's the ones I employed, which worked out well since most programming work can just as readily be done from home as in an office. If the employer is flexible (most are NOT) about working from home, it's excellent good paying work for parents of young children. |

Once again, you speak from extreme ignorance - something we've come to expect from you.Fact - 2010 I had to construct facilities for female supervisors and clerical staff in my shop Fact - 2010 I had to expand the female hourly facilities to accommodate more than 60 female car cleaners and inspectors Fact - 2010 I had to buy additional lockers to provide facilities for female cleaners at Euclid Av, Lefferts Blvd, Rockaway Park and Far Rockaway, - more than 30 females on three shifts. In all, I had more than 100 female employees out of 264 in January 2011. You just keep proving what an arrogant, silly, and hateful person that you are. Please spare us your rhetoric. My facts are verifiable. I still have my "quote/incumbent reports" for the last 5 years. You've got zilch to back you up. |
