Instead of a ban in Boston, the gay and lesbian community should just boycott Chick-fil-A. There should never be a gay or lesbian wedding held in any of their restaurants. If a city can ban a restaurant for it's anti-gay views, so, too, can it ban a gay-owned or operated establishment because it violates someone's idea of ”morality”. I think Chick-Fil-A is grossly homophobic, but then, I can vote with my pocketbook. Boycotts are also an effective way to get a point across. But an outright ban on doing business? No sale. |
