"Not to make human forms even for decorative purposes."

This still in effect? Sounds Islamic to me.

A division between Islam and Judaism is that Muslims continue certain strict interpretations that most Jewish groups abandoned.

The second is the punishment inflicted on violators.

"Not to make human forms even for decorative purposes."

The actual law is "If thou make [G-d] an altar of stone, you shall not build it of hewn stones." I'm no Torah scholar and I'm sure there's some interpretation somewhere that it means no decorative human forms. It's not practiced by any haredim I know, who have pictures of their family and rabbeim displayed prominently, but it was common for Protestant sects in the colonial U.S. to not make "graven images." Think of the faceless Amish dolls.

FWIW, the verse references in the list are to the Yemenite Torah. Not sure where the list originated, but it seems to be repeated a lot on Christian and missionary sites.
