They have retained a lawyer.Don't forget, the person the article used as it's main source claimed he never witnessed the incident and never even knew about it until last year, when someone at the WaPo called him and told him about it. This is concrete proof they had this hit piece sitting on a shelf, waiting for the right time to "activate it". Mr. Horowitz better get a lawyer. |
