It shouldn't make the environment less pleasant.

It's just a store that sells sex tapes, books and toys.

As Spider-Pig points out, it's a business.

I wouldn't particularly want a florist next door either. Or even a chocalte store (and I love chocolate).

And I did say it wasn't a major issue.

A slaughterhouse is noisy, messy, smelly, takes up a lot of space, and so forth. How is a porn shop all those things? You have people going in, and it's pretty contained inside. You are pointing out why Luch's original comment was absurd.

He said "How can you support porn being legal when you don't want a porn shop next door?"

And we gave multiple examples of things we support being legal that you don't want next door. It emphasizes the absurdity of the question. Of course a sewage plant or a slaughterhouse is far worse next door than a porn shop.

In general, while I am not a fan of porn at this point in my life, I would not outlaw it except in certain very narrow circumstances. There is a large segment of the population that would not be adversely affected by porn but there are those who could conceivably see porn such as in the example that I mentioned and suddenly have to act on the idea portrayed. Many years ago I was acquainted with 3 people in the business end of the industry. For the reason stated, they would never make a film that depicted teen girls even if the actress was in her 20s. They also stayed away from images of school uniforms or story lines that involved teacher-student or incest.
