It's not "all suburb" here.I finally got rid of them when the raccoons kept getting in the coop, and at that point I was tired of them anyway, so the few that were left I gave to a neighbor that had some chickens. I miss them because the eggs were good. I had a few rhode island reds, and they have really good brown eggs. |

All births from 1946-1964 are considered babyboomers.Lots of people have their own definition of what a babyboomer is. IMO, it should be offspring of the WW2 generation. Culturally, IMO it's those born before 1958, as those born in 1957 were the last to have to sign up for the draft. There was a drastic change in attitudes as a result of ending "Selective Service". It wasn't until 1977 (IIRC) that they brought back the mail-in card for their database. I don't think they even do that anymore. |

Further changes happened in 1961, which was the first year births began to decline due to the Pill being introduced in 1960. However, many of those births were not to parents of the WW2 generation.
