Black people would hardly be bred out. On the contrary they would over time become much smarter (and would probably remain a roughly constant share of the population). Do you not have that bell curve thing down either?

Yes, but nowhere did I say that I meant for only minorities. You are typically a quite rational, fairly level-headed poster, and I like reading your comments. I don't see what you feel this debate stands to gain now by twisting my words and dwelling on this non-issue when it's fairly obvious what I mean.

Well that's why the two people that I have ever had this conversation with are racists. They didn't say that "poor people" or "stupid people" should be offered money, they said "minorities". And then you agreed with it or as far as I could tell you did. If you didn't mean that, then of course I believe you. It's probably in one of those posts, but those are just too long to sort through.

In any event maybe the world would be better off if people that lack humanity, such as yourself, were to be bred out. How would you feel about that?

Hopefully you noticed my pattern of posting here, and why I'm declining....

But how is it lacking in humanity to care more about the people who are here, be they white, black, young, old, rich, poor, male, female than to care about people who might be here but are not and don't necessarily all have to be? Yes, those people you mentioned are racists. And yes, because of the disparity in average IQ's proportionally more of the people offered money for sterilization would be black and brown. But this would stand to benefit blacks and Latinos as groups not to mention the nation (if done correctly, similar to as I suggested), because high-performing people—of all races—would be encouraged to reproduce more.
