All three of my submissions were dismissed out of hand which means summarily rejected due to something called causal factors. 1. Stenograph machine 2. Dormer window 3. The fire extinguisher |

That's several factors worse than a rejection at Railpictures.net.I cannot argue with the veracity which means accuracy of that statement. Since the beginning of April, I have submitted no less than 15 topics, ALL of which were deemed unuseable. The sheer number of rejections goes beyond any reasonable explanation and speaks to the indifference displayed by the U.S. Census Bureau staffers who review submissions and accept suitable recommendations for PA. My topics are interesting and worthy for publishing and the fact that none not one has been accepted is an utter disgrace. I don't really care if it takes weeks or months or even years to get one of my topics accepted I am just going to keep submitting them. Unbelievable. |

I am holding onto the carousel as my topic of last resort. It will only be submitted if and when all hope is lost and I am not yet at that point - I consider it my ace in the hole. In the meantime, I submitted the following topics last evening which, like all of my previous 72 submissions, were summarily rejected due to causal factors whatever those are.1. Ice cream truck 2.
