It's not overrated because it really was watched by more people than other shows. Overrated would be South Park that gets lots of publicity for relatively few viewers. Not rolling on the floor funny, but consistently funny.I think that Larry David's Curb Your Enthusiasm is funnier and makes its premise much easier to understand for the casual viewer than its similar somewhat predecessor Seinfeld. I don't find The Office funny at all. It's humor is almost uncomfortable in a way. That's kind of the point of the show. The jokes are supposed to be clever, politically incorrect jokes on topics most sitcoms or real world office workers wouldn't touch. Another show that I never found funny was Friends. Friends was terrible, but we all the influence teen girls have in the television market. |

I never had HBO so I've only recently started watching Curbed. It's not as good as Seinfeld IMO and not even close. I don't mind missing it.The Office is politically incorrect, but clever? If you don't like the first American season of The Office then you won't like the British version as most of the jokes during the first American season were copied from the British version. |

I don't remember what it is for, but they show a bunch of couples in quick order. Right after they show the BF/WM they show a WM/WM couple. Actually they don't really even say that all of the people are couples, but you get that impression. |
