Obama is a hypocrite, but I don't know how powerful the "big wind" lobby is. And I think that oil was much closer to Bush than you do. Bush ran oil companies financed by Saudi's and Cheney headed Halliburton. Short of electing the head of ExxonMobil President I don't know how much closer you can get than that! |

Please tell me what business Harkin Energy was engaged in.When you are one and the same, there is no need for a relationship. Unless you like talking to yourself. Do you? |

My point is that he allowed the utilities and oil companies to set policy. Bush's position and their position were interchangeable. |

Pajamas is whining about big oil not getting their fair share. How can you tell? Well ... Obama is MUCH cozier with the nuclear power industry (crickets because they're mostly the oil companies) and the coal industry (whoops, also oil companies) ... so the oil companies are pissed off that GE is getting some of their taxpayer windfall? Puleeze.I can almost handle sock puppets, but sock parrots? |
