The goverment can make guesses as to how many people there are.But they want to know exactly how many people there are. And they are requiresd to count heads as best they can. |

They didn't know there'd be post office addresses, social security and IRS databases, Nobama wiretappings would exist back in the day. If they can mail me a letter and know where I work and what i make already through all the unconstituational agencies, I think they know about me enough already.They know whose here. The only thing they don't have an exact number of are the "residents" aka Illegals. But at the point that they count everyone in the country, they may as well go door to door of all the hotel rooms of tourists. |
