Is this o.k and eventually might other news/information websites like 1010 WINS, WCBS 2, The Daily News, NY1 and even Q104 begin subscriptions?The current subscription is $4.95 per month or $48 per year (a $12 savings over pay by month). The News 12 website seems to be free for Cablevision, Comcast, Time-Warner and Service Electric customers. |

You forget that I grew up in, and resided in the Bronx for just about all my time in the city. Your photos make it look much cleaner than what I remember. I woulda moved there. :)The Norwood fire made it to our local teevee here. First time I've seen a city story in a long time on our local stations. I'm surprised it didn't burn decades ago. There's trash on the streets of cities around here too. When I have friends down from Canada, they always remark on how filthy New York is, and they're talking about the Adirondacks. :) |

He's still perhaps my favorite NYC mayor. That said, Bloomberg is more of a Democrat than a Republican, even though he won as a "Republican". I like Bloomberg, I think he has done the city well. If I could still vote for mayor in NYC, I would have voted for him. |

That's $288 per year to subscribe to both Newsday.com and Channel 12 Long Island.As of now, the Daily News, the Post, the Times and the Daily Mail are still free (you have to register and you let them know if you wish a daily e-mail). |
