Looks like your typical Mall-Wart regular, I've seen worse. Do they sell those shirts there or do you get one by gathering points on your shoppers club card. How some one can go out IN PUBLIC with a shirt like that will never cease to amaze me. What child? Or is it hidden by his great girth? |

BTW way the really horrifying thing is that "that" is allowed to reproduce. |

LOL thats funny.I hardly shop in Walmart anymore so when I stopped in one the other night I was surprised at how much they changed the stores interior. New colors, signs and more useless crap! And cheap crappy food. I'd rather spend more in a good grocery store with better selection and produce. |

I like to shoplift there butt (pun intentional) those semi size golf carts that they provide for their more humongousBeside no Mall-Warts in NYC and I ope it stays that way. I'm good with Kmart and target. 2places who don't have employees forced to live off the public teat. |

Wal Mart has a decent frozen section.I even bought some jeans at WM. Nothing wrong with shopping at Wal Mart. Especially their supercenters. Depends on the town I guess. It's interesting how this site can make fun of Wal Mart shoppers, who probably pay with their own money, as opposed to the people I see in Forest Hills and Rego Park, and other parts of The People's Republic of New York, who have a green BENEFIT card, at the expense of the taxpayer. Maybe a website showing some of the NY BENEFIT card users would be interesting too. |

I don't see the BENEFIT card bloodsuckers at my Wal-Mart. I do see them at the Associated in Forest Hills. And some of them are as entertaining to look at as the Wal-Mart shoppers.High taxes in NY support the BENEFIT card culture. |

I did see a Mexican family at Wal-Mart pay with traditional food stamps, but I've never seen anyone with those wonderful green BENEFIT cards seen in Rego Parkistan and Forest Hills. There was a big story about Wal-Mart reporting abuse in NY State when people were allowed to use their benefit cards for back to school supplies, but spent the money on video games. |

Looked it up, and apparently he doesn't understand how NYS has gone and saved themselves money PLUS handed "service fees" to the bank. His "benefit card" is a DEBIT card instead of sending checks. Banks are making out like bastards on it, and the fees are deducted from the user. Nice. :( |

Paying With CashFor whatever reason, this guy's photo is the contest winner. I guess the fact that he appears to be paying with cash(a concept foreign to all the NY foreigners) instead of a BENEFIT card, earned him the 1st prize. |

I just don't see what's so funny about someone paying with CASH at a Wal-Mart, but nothing funny about the faces of people paying with a BENEFIT card at Associated in Forest Hills.I'd like to know the locations of these photos. No. Pompano would not look like that. Bradenton, Florida would. So would Brandon. Pompano is very NYish. The 1st prize winner wins b/c he's paying with cash, not food stamps or BENEFIT cards, so the joke is on him. |

I usually go to a much closer Target, but there's a type of earphones only Wally World sells. In any event, the store had been significantly renovated since my last visit, and it looks really nice now. Clean, uncluttered, brightly lit - in fact, it now looks better than the nearby Target. Not that I would necessarily have taken a picture or anything, but I was sorta looking for People of Walmart types. Didn't see any, to my slight disappointment. Almost all of the customers looked like normal people. My LIRR/NYCT blog |

Walmart customers look like average people in the towns where they are located. Especially in small towns, which is how Walmart started and where they continue to do lots of business. The closest Walmart to me is in downtown Long Beach and it looks about like you would expect an urban Walmart to look. Somewhat dirty and disheveled. But go to a Walmart in a random small town in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Montana, etc and the stores are exceptionally clean. The stores reflect the community in many ways, I guess. |
