It's a pity that outside of the Tri-State area it's impossible to find garlic powder or oregano in pizzerias. ...as well as crushed red pepper and Parmesan Cheese. I am neutral to the red pepper. Sometimes I'll put some on a whim. I don't like parmesan on pizza. I only like one topping per pizza (aside from two when it's peppers and onions), One topping (ham or pepperoni) is usually perfect but I'll go with the green olives too when they have them and are of good quality. I do like "everything" pizzas too if done right.... I don't like pizza that becomes too heavy. It doesn't feel right. |
