I've been eating pineapple on pizza for many years. Also, I've ordered a hamburger with a slice of pineapple at diners over the years. At the "Time to Eat Diner" in Somerville, N.J., they actually have it on their menu. It's called a "Kamikaze Burger", it's marinated in teriyaki sauce and has a grilled pineapple on it. You can see for yourself right HERE. Just go to page 4 of the menu, and look at the various burgers..

And for your info, I am a fanatical recycler and enviromentalist, so have no problem even if it was outlawed (and I still think it has been in many municipalities).

fried flounder, fried clams, etc = good

I agree.
My brother is always after me about why I prefer fish on friday.
Besides that my religion requires me to go meatless a few times a year,
It is so easy to shove some meat product in my mouth that I have to look for something meatless or fish based. The only fish I won't eat is salmon. It always tastes like it's not cooked. No matter how long I cook it.

If there is such thing as "mystery meat" there must be "mystery fish".
