"well then you are against most of good god fearing loving black and latinos here in california !!"A lot of good blacks and latinos have jobs, take care of their children and respect other people's rights. You are unemployed, you trespass on transit property and have no responsibilities beyond your camera. So what do you know about "God fearing" anybody? "we are not the land of fruits and nuts" Well, in the first place California grows lots of fruits and nuts that we enjoy in our supermarkets. If you are using those terms to label other people, then any hope of rational discussion with you is lost. "so i am on the side of god" But you don't know what God wants. You only think you know what you are afraid of. You are responsible for your own attitude and deprivation. |

A man and a woman filling out a marriage license appolication should not have to sit there and figure out who is Partner A and Partner B. It's an example of how gays are trying to change things, showing that what they have, is not really marriage after all. It's something else, which is why the applications must be reworded. |

"I found there are a host of scientific studies supporting that notion. They nearly all conclude that individuals raised with both a male and female role model in the family are much more likely to be successful and well adjusted than those raised without such." You are a liar. You have no such proof. You know of no such studies. |

But my counter-argument would be that there is a huge overlap: probably 60% of the best single parents are better for the kid than the 20% of worst amrried aprents (I'm making these numbers up). So to deny ALL single parents the right to adopt is to disadvantage many kids. I could understand having more stringent rules for singles adopting. |

Yes, that is true, but you should be worried or at least care what happens to your children in the event you are no longer here. Parenting doesn't end when you are dead, or at least what I mean by that is that you should be responsible enough to want to know that your kids would be okay (and certainly care) in the event you aren't around to raise them. |
