You're speaking in circles and don't seem to have any objective other than to be annoying.

On the contrary, your piddling namby-pamby excusing of a committed racist is annoying. If you can't discuss an issue like a man, then I'd suggest we not discuss this matter any further. I value my time far to much to waste it on slow-thinker.

Then you are simply not following the thread correctly.

My point:
YOU make bias statements about Orientals and Homosexuals.
I announce that I'm running for office
YOU state that you are supporting my candidacy.
I state that I don't agree with your position about homosexuals.

Hence - the implication is that I agree with your other stands including the one about Orientals.

The correct response would be either to reject the support in total or disavow your racist stances but accept your support.

Obama, so far, has only disavowed Farrakhan's anti-semitic position.

I trust that you now see the difference.

Except, that simply isnt true.
He disavowed (rejected, disagreed with, whatevered) Farrakhan on a whole, not just one specific element of what he said.

If say, someone supports topics A B and C, and I say I disagree with what they support, Clarification on how I disagree with A does not imply support of B and C.

This is what he said (and I've already posted this but you have ignored it). Maybe you can get someone to read and explain this to you.

OBAMA: Tim, I think -- I am very familiar with his record, as are the American people. That's why I have consistently denounced it.

This is not something new. This is something that -- I live in Chicago. He lives in Chicago. I've been very clear, in terms of me believing that what he has said is reprehensible and inappropriate. And I have consistently distanced myself from him.

Actually, I heard the statement by Barack Obama and he only mentioned farrakhan's anti-semitic position. Of course, if you can provide a link to the contrary, I'd be happy to look at it.

Thank you for the link, Dick. I just skimmed through it and found the little snippet that you quoted. It would seem that you've taken it out of context and in reality when viewed in its entirety, it wouuld also seem that you were being a bit disingenuous portraying that little bit as you did. However, to give you the benifit of the doubt, Dick, I've cut and pasted the entire response and will read it more carefully tonight. In the meantime you can start making up excuses for his partnering with former Weather Underground terrorists

He disavowed Farrakhan's antisemitic comments. He never mentioned the anti-white comments.

He wasn't asked about them.

He also wasn't asked what he thinks of Hamas, so he didn't denounce them either. Etc., etc.

He answered the question he was asked. That's what you're supposed to do in such a debate.
